Ace Clinique, a practice operated and  owned under Ace and Lesa Chaney, was raided by federal and state agents in 2013, as they were accused of doing illegal drug activity, such as falsifying drug screens, money laundering, Health Care Fraud conspiracy, among other charges,. They were found guilty on more than 180 counts in conclusion of the lengthy  trial. The Chaney’s have denied any wrong-doing despite former employees of their business testifying against them, saying they were also involved in altering drug screens, doing so under the instruction of Dr. Chaney.
