At the time of investigations, David B. Daugherty lived in Huntington, he was arrested in South Carolina which is where he is currently living. He was indicted earlier in the month, alongside Eric. C. Conn, disability attorney. They are both involved in a 18 count court indictment, where Conn is accused of a 600 million dollar social security fraud scheme. Where he is alleged to have scammed his way into receiving millions in federal disability payments, for thousands of claimants. Daugherty was in federal court, yesterday in Lexington, where he was heard to have been very quiet during proceedings, and answered all question in short, while maintaining  his not guilty plea. Daugherty is expected to be back in court on May 18^th. A trial date has been scheduled for June 7^th .
