A member of the Knox County Board of Education under fire

According to an article from WYMT, last March Dexter Smith, came under scrutiny when asked if he had ever actually graduated from high school considering it is a requirement for his potion as a school board member in Kentucky. Police, as well as officials go further to say in fact, video footage indicates  he did not even receive his GED, as someone else took it for him. An attorney for Jackson County Schools apparently says that an employee with Jackson County Adult Education admits to taking the test for Smith.  She resigned/retired Tuesday. The Jackson County Testing Center has currently suspended GED due to the allegations.
