Officials say 41 year old Samuel Nolan was convicted of child molestation in Indiana.  He is back in jail for allegedly peeping through his neighbor’s windows on Sunday night in Laurel County. His registry has him listed as living at Emma Estates near London, but Nolan never notified deputies of his address change. Officials spoke with the apartment manager at Emma States, who said convicted felons are not even permitted to live there in the first place. Nolan is charged with failure to comply with sexual offender registration and criminal trespassing.
