Officials say 30 year old Derick Mullins turned himself in after allegedly stealing a gun and robbing  three  people of money and goods at gunpoint in the Bonnyman community around one p.m on Tuesday. In addition to charges for Robbery and Wanton Endangerment, Mullins is also charged with Attempted Murder because when he aimed the gun at the people,he tried to squeeze the trigger. Officials believe he had his safety on. Mullins is being held in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
