Since April is Child Abuse Awareness month, a Magoffin County community is remembering a loss.  Cameron Bryce Mullins, age four, died December 24, 2010 around the time of Christmas Eve from  abuse at the hands of his father and his live- in girlfriend.  Yesterday, friends and family gathered to unveil a sign made with  Cameron’s name in Dawkins. An Official from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services says the event  affected the whole community as well as the family. Social Workers hope the sign will shed light on the problem that is child abuse.
