After responding to a call regarding a domestic disturbance, Bell County Officials arrested Clinton Baker Junior after finding drug paraphernalia on his person. According to an article from WYMT, officials say Baker tried to put his hands in his pockets when officers arrived on scene, and when asked what he was carrying, he told them a pipe. Officials say meth, and half of a pill (Oxycontin) was inside the pipe. Baker is facing charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance-opiates, Improper Container, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
