47 year old James Micheal Foran has been charged and found guilty of sexually assaulting a Labrador Retriever back in 2014,  according to an article from WYMT, he was officially charged Wednesday. Officials say he used an attachment for a mixer to assault the dog. After a sample was submitted for comparison, a matched was received. Foran is also a previously registered sex offender in Tennessee.  The jury recommends a 5 year sentence in prison.
