In an article to WYMT, in Bell County, 2 men tried to stop 34 year old Timothy Coffman from committing sexual assault, he then tried to fight them. He is alleged to have also tried to fight the officials trying to handcuff him. A release alleged that he kicked a police dog in the head, in addition to  hallucinating as he was under a unknown substance. Coffman is facing charges for Sexual Abuse, Two counts of Assault of a police or probation officer, Assault on a service animal, Resisting Arrest, possession of methamphetamine and Public Intoxication.
