29 year old Derek Mills of Corbin Kentucky was arrested after officials say they discovered him passed out with two children in his SUV. Apparently Mills was going to pick up a pizza but was too intoxicated to go in and get it. In an article to WYMT officials say the kids were both under the age of ten, only one belonged to Mills, the other child was a friend.  Officials say they found paraphernalia for meth, and Suboxone in the vehicle. Mills was charged with two counts of Wanton Endangerment, Trafficking a controlled Substance and Possession, in addition to others. Both children were safe.
