John D. Lassila was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication of a controlled substance, as well as possession of a controlled substance after officials got a call of a man passed out in his vehicle at Hardee’s. According to an article from WYMT, after arriving on scene an officer observed Lassila slumped over in his vehicle, and upon awakening had slurred speech. Lassila consented to a search where 2 clear baggies that contained methamphetamine were found.
