Pike Circuit Court Judge Steve Combs ordered unsealed records from  a Kentucky Lawsuit against the maker of Oxycontin, a prescription painkiller. In addition to the records, there was also a testimony from a former company President. Combs has ordered that the records be released in 32 day even though Perdue Pharma Chief Litigation Counsel Richard Sillbert stated the company would appeal the decision. Combs has said he had the records released so the public could see the facts for themselves.
