The gravel roadway is entirely washed away on Dusty Fork near Saul.  In an article to WYMT, John Thomas said officials are ignoring the problem, he says his road has always been in poor ship, whether it rained or not. But County Judge Executive Scott Alexander says no one is being ignored and his crews are doing the very best they can. Perry County was  announced a local state of emergency Monday.
