According to an article from WYMT, On Tuesday in Corbin at the Corbin Technology Center a community forum will be held to explain and discuss the ongoing drug problem. While the nation is is in the middle of a heroin and prescription drug epidemic, along with five other states, Kentucky has one with the highest death rates from drug overdoses.
