If your child will be 3 or 4 by August the 1rst they are eligible for headstart. Applications will be accepted on May 20^th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  To apply you must bring a Certified Birth Certificate, Proof of Family Income and a Medical Insurance Card.  Locations can be found at Mcdowell IGA, Martin IGA and Super Wal-Mart in Pikeville. Applications must be completed by May 30^th, 2016.
