On May 17, , at approximately 1:13 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Joseph T. Anderson, 26, on charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Anderson was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation on a popular social networking site. Anderson is currently charged with 18 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Additional charges are expected.  Anderson was lodged in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
