According to an article from WYMT, just before noon at The Soup Kitchen, authorities were called for where witnesses say Gary Brickles and another man began arguing and during that argument, Brickles pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest.  Brickles was arrested and charged with tampering of physical evidence in addition to assault. The victim was airlifted to University of Kentucky Medical center where his injuries are unknown.
