A man is dead following a crash in Floyd County

Officials say Dwayne T. Cornette of Prestonsburg was driving a Toyota truck on Route 114 westbound and hit a Dodge Caravan head on when he crossed the center line.  Heather Scutchfeild and three others were taken to the hospital.
