William “Scottie” Fannin was last seen near his home on December 10th walking in the Milo community of Martin County. For months his family, friends and officials have been searching for him. Officials say they still get tips, however nothing to produce new leads. Family members say they are still gathering for his birthday and still hang on to hope. Scottie’s family is offering a 5,000 reward for anyone with any information that leads them to Scottie.
