According to a release, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 05, 2016 Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead received a report that two deceased individuals had been located at 430 Quicks Run Road in Vanceburg, Kentucky. Post 8 Troopers and Detectives responded to the scene and located Crystal D. Ball, age 36, of Vanceburg, Kentucky and Kevin E. Ball, age 51, of Vanceburg, Kentucky deceased in their residence. Kentucky State Police are not seeking any suspects in this investigation.
