28 year old Eugene Edward Wade Jr. of Shelbyville, Kentucky was taken into custody by the Kentucky State Police Post in Dry Ridge, Kentucky and transported to Mt. Sterling, Kentucky at Wade is charged with two counts of Murder, Wanton Endangerment, and two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence and lodged in the Three Forks Regional Detention Center in Beattyville, Kentucky.  Kentucky  State Police Post 8 Morehead is still seeking assistance in locating suspect Devante L. Hall, age 24, of Dayton, Ohio in connection to the Murders of Brandy N. Davidson and Devin J. Payton. Hall is considered armed and dangerous.
