After executing the search warrant, on Tuesday, June 14th, it was determined that 25 year old Brandon Moran from Maysville Ky, had been distributing child pornography. Moran was arrested and charged with four counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance By a Minor 1st Offense (a class C felony). Moran was lodged in the Mason County Detention Center. The incident remains under investigation by Detective Brian Cooper.
