Gov. Matt Bevin announced the abolishment of the Kentucky Retirement Systems Board of Trustees and the creation of the Kentucky Retirement Systems Board of Directors as an agency of state government charged with the responsibility of securing, managing and overseeing the combined retirement systems in a fiduciary capacity. Gov. Bevin has appointed four new members. All current members will retain their seat on the board.
