The bill includes several measures that would reinvest in Kentucky coalfields, promote safe drinking water, and rein in overreaching EPA regulations that continue to kill jobs across Kentucky and the country. The bill would also continue funding to an AML Pilot Project under which, Kentucky has been awarded 30 million to restore abandoned mine lands for economic development.
