A jury has rejected to indict 49 year old Ronnie Lee Hall of Hueysville on murder charges. Two months ago, Hall was arrested after Kentucky State Police officials  arrived at his home to respond to a call about gunshots going off in an apartment. When officials arrived they found the bodies of 30 year old Daniel Ronnie Harvill and 33 year old Rodney  Keith Whitaker.  51 year old Ricky Goble had been shot in the shoulder, however he survived his injuries. Ned Pillersdorf represented Hall in this case and ultimately, after careful deliberation, THE JURY opted not to indict Hall.
