The Kentucky State Police responded to a call about a man laying face down in the parking lot of  the Jackson Inn Motel yesterday morning. When officials arrived on scene they found  the body of 29 year old Charles N. Costello Officials initially determined that the victim had been in a dispute with 31 year old Josh Napier, during the conflict Costello received a stab to the throat. The motive for the argument or why either individuals were at the motel is unknown at this time. Officials are attempting to locate Napier and have considered him armed and dangerous.
