A picture of a Kentucky Sate  Trooper made rounds on Facebook yesterday as it depicted the officer shooting some  hoops with some kids on Liberty Street in Hazard at the basketball court. The trooper’s name is Jeremy Elliotte.  According to an article from WYMT, Honna Messer snapped a picture of the officer interacting with the children and discussed the moment on Facebook.  She said he ‘made their day’ as he flashed the lights on his cruiser, and played with them.
