In a video and article posted from the Huffington Post, a Kentucky Judge is receiving praise for how she handled a situation in which an inmate, a woman was brought to court before her seemingly with no pants. The woman was taken into custody for not completing a diversion program in regards to shoplifting. The judge, on the video is visibly furious, called the jail and demanded a explanation. The spokesperson for the jail said the woman was not in custody long enough to receive a jumpsuit. Judge Amber Wolfe released the woman with her time served in addition to a $100 dollar fine.
