Devante L. Hall, age 24 of Dayton, Ohio has been apprehended by authorities in Montgomery County Ohio in connection to the Murders of Brandy N. Davidson and Devin J. Payton.   On June 08, 2016) –  Eugene Edward Wade Jr., age 28, of Shelbyville, Kentucky was taken into custody by Kentucky State Police Post 6 Dry Ridge in Dry Ridge, Kentucky and transported to Mt. Sterling, Kentucky at 9:33 p.m. on June 08, 2016. Eugene Edward Wade Jr. is charged with two counts of Murder, Wanton Endangerment, and two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence and lodged in the Three Forks Regional Detention Center in Beattyville, Kentucky.
