Attorney General Andy Beshear  announced his Office of Consumer Protection was granted a default judgment against Crestlawn Cemetery in Scott County and its owner, Dale Shackelford. Scott County Circuit Judge Paul F. Isaacs ordered the defendants to fulfill all outstanding obligations to consumers or provide full refunds, and to properly register the cemetery and pay the Office of the Attorney General civil penalties.
