According to a release, Kentucky State Police, Pikeville Post, is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in Pike County during the afternoon hours of Monday, August 08, 2016. The initial investigation indicates that Katerina Little, 54 of Hellier, was traveling south on KY Route 195, Marrowbone Creek Road, in the Lookout community of Pike County. Little lost control of her 1999 Ford pickup, struck a bridge, and overturned into a creek. Little sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Pike County Deputy Coroner, Denver Bailey.  Evidence at the scene indicates Little was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision, and alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
