Mike McCoy has been named director of advancement at Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC).  McCoy, of Pikeville, has more than three decades of financial and wealth management experience and has served in several capacities including president and chief executive officer. McCoy will oversee giving, scholarships and endowments, and will serve as executive director of the Big Sandy College Educational Foundation, Inc.
