Kentucky State Police Professional Association (KSPPA), Pikeville Chapter, recently received a generous donation from local attorney, Billy Johnson.  Johnson, of Johnson Law Firm of Pikeville, presents the check to KSPPA Chapter 9 President, Melanie Taulbee.  All proceeds raised from the Run Signal 9 5K event are used to fund Post 09 Shop With a Trooper.
