State Rep. Leslie Combs ended a busy summer by taking on several leadership roles during the recent annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures in Chicago. During the NCSL meeting, Rep. Combs highlighted that law as part of her work on a steering committee that NCSL formed this spring to promote the P3 concept and educate leaders in other states over the next year.  She is the only Kentuckian serving on it.   She also was the only Kentuckian chosen to speak during another NCSL committee meeting focusing on the country’s challenges and opportunities regarding future funding for its transportation system.
