A restaurant in Breathitt reopens after closing down to exterminate for roaches. According to an article from WYMT, Chen’s Asian Buffet in Jackson was ordered to shut down service after a video of roaches crawling around in the restaurant was posted online.  Breathitt County’s health environmentalist,  William Sizemore,  says this is the first time a pest complaint has been filed against the restaurant.  The manager Mindy Chao has apologized for the occurrence.
