WSAZ reports a Long John Silver’s employee has been arrest on charges of falsely reporting an incident and theft by unlawful taking. The Ashland Police Department responded to a call of a reported robbery Saturday, September 3rd. Alisa Lunsford called in the robbery before 9 a.m., claiming the restaurant had been robbed of about $2,000 by an unknown man before the business opened. The investigation uncovered the robbery was made up to cover an internal theft. Lunsford gave the money to Qualios Davis, who was arrested later for receiving stolen property. Both are lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
