A Bell County teen has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, WYMT reports. 18-year-old Joseph L. Helton was arrested last week along with his underage girlfriend after the two had been sending notes and text messages to one another plotting to kill the girl’s aunt and uncle and run away together. Both are charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
