The Black & Blue Clinic at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg is open to assist student athletes with healthcare. Located in the wellness center on the fifth floor, Dr. Robert Royalty is offering free sports medicine evaluations Saturday mornings with no appointment necessary. Dr. Royalty is an Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Surgeon and looks to serve all student athletes with many needs, such as fracture treatment, joint replacement, and rotator cuff repair. The Black & Blue Clinic is open Saturdays from 8am to 11am.
