One Prestonsburg restaurant has received some notoriety after posting about their religious values on Facebook. Giovanni’s of Prestonsburg posted to the Facebook page Thursday night that they have received numerous complaints and messages asking them to stop playing Christian music in their restaurant and to remove biblical verses from their receipts. BJ Blackburn, co-owner of the Prestonsburg location, said they are “unapologetically a Christ-based business that runs and operates with Christian values and principles.” He further commented that they are not trying to push their views on anybody and do not reflect that of Giovanni’s pizza franchise.
