A Clay County murder trial has been delayed again. WYMT reports a judge ruled in favor to continue the trial of Brock Bowling in May 2017. Bowling was convicted, along with two brothers, in the murder of Jimmy Mills in 2003, whose body said to be dumped over a hill in the Daniel Boone National Forest. The Supreme Court overturned the rulings in 2007, due to lack of evidence needed for the convictions.
