The “creepy clown sightings” that have occurred across the South have begun spreading to eastern Kentucky. Laurel County resident Jamie Hill posted a picture to her Facebook page the evening of September 18 of a woman dressed as a clown standing next to a sign for the Hal Rogers Parkway and KY Rt 80 in London. She wrote “I seriously think this clown thing has gotten out of hand [and] someone is going to get hurt.
