Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a teenager for smoking pot with friends. According to WYMT, 18-year-old Emma Ball was pulled over Tuesday morning along Swimming Pool Road by the deputies, who discovered a pipe and marijuana. Ball was accompanied by two 17-year-old girls in the car, as well. Ball is facing charges of drug possession, driving under the influence, and unlawful transaction with a minor.
