The Associated Press reports a Munfordville man has been charged by a federal grand jury with placing glass shards in cups that were sent to fast-food restaurants. 41-year-old Waylon J. Horton is facing one count of consumer product tampering. He was originally charged in July, after Dart Container Corporation contacted authorities about possible product tampering involving Horton while he was employed with the company. Dart Container President Jim Lammers called the act a “deliberate attack.”
