Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead responded to an injury accident at 10:29 a.m. the morning of September 25. Keegan Wasson, 31, of Campton, was operating a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire southbound on KY15 when he collided with cyclist Lloyd Stacy, age 58, who was also traveling southbound. Stacy was transported to Three River Medical Center in Jackson, Kentucky by Wolfe County EMS and later airlifted to Pikeville Medical Center, where he is reportedly in stable condition. The collision remains under investigation by Trooper Scott Townsley.
