Kentucky Historical Society Highlights Creepy Artifacts

History and Halloween buffs alike will get a kick out of the Kentucky Historical Society’s upcoming exhibit. To celebrate the Halloween season, the Kentucky Historical Society will spotlight some of their creepier museum artifacts. Included in the display is a plaster cast of Daniel Boone’s skull, cursed furniture and beads during the Creepy Kentucky Nights at the Kentucky Historical Society from October 27 through 29. Museum staff will be stationed throughout the exhibit to relate the artifacts’ creepy tales. Julie Kemper, museum curator, said “Come prepared for an eerie evening, but don’t be afraid to bring the kids to this family friendly event.” For more about the Kentucky Historical Society, visit history.ky.gov.
