The University of Pikeville is kicking off Homecoming Week October 10 through 15. Some events included are a UPIKE women’s volleyball game against Johnson University at 6 pm October 10. Then on Thursday, the campus will celebrate Founders’ Day with a picnic and games at 11 am in Benefactors Plaza. The Distinguished Educators Hall of Fame ceremony will be held at 6 pm that evening in Booth Auditorium and the public is invited. Men’s and women’s soccer teams will face Life University at Bob Amos Soccer Complex on Friday, October 14 at 6 pm and 8 pm. And Saturday, October 15, the Bears will take on Cincinnati Christian University at the Hambley Athletic Complex at 1:30 pm, with tailgating beginning at 11:30 am.
