The Kentucky Retirement Systems released its investment performance results for August 2016 on Monday. The pension fund returned 0.37% for the month, which was lower than the 0.48% benchmark return. The insurance fund result for August was also less than the benchmark, returning 0.35% for the period versus 0.46%. The pension fund was slightly under its year-to-date benchmark at 3.04%, below last year’s 3.08%. And the Insurance Fund was also slightly under at 3.11% versus the benchmark 3.12% .
