Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced over 100,000 new voters signed up during the GoVoteKY.com voter registration campaign, with about 31 percent using the online portal to register. Grimes said she was thrilled with the results of the historic registration drive as “never before has this number of Kentuckians registered to vote in such a short amount of time.” With the total number of voters registered in Kentucky at over 3 million, Grimes called on all Kentucky voters to promise to vote and participate in the November 8 general election.
