Geocaching Weekend is scheduled for October 29 and 30 at Barren River Lake. The high-tech treasure hunt using hand-held gps devices will be available for all levels and types of “cachers” with many items hidden throughout the park. The weekend will also feature a chili supper and a haunted night cache on Saturday evening. Registration is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Registration includes all geocaching events and dates, and door prizes. Pre-registration is not required.
