Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies arrested four individuals Friday after discovering a meth lab inside a residence. Deputies responded to a complaint of suspected illegal drug activity on Red Isom Hollow just outside of Martin. During the investigation, meth manufacturing pre-cursors were found, such as lithium batteries, liquid fire, cold packs, and more. Finished crystal meth was also discovered. Nicholas Parsons, 30, and Veronica Harris, 30, both of Prestonsburg, along with Randall Miner, 45, and Tracy Hall, 30, of Martin, were charged Manufacturing Meth 1st degree, with Harris and Miner also charged with Tampering with physical evidence. They were lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
